Therapy for Men

Hats off to the hero

You may make it look easy – being that rock. That guy who holds together his family, his workplace, his community.

You’re the heroic dad, husband, brother, son. The boss or colleague everyone confides in and relies on to solve the toughest problems. The neighbor people know they can depend on at any hour in a time of need.

Kudos to the man out there who has figured out how to pull off the perfect balance of brute strength, tender emotion, a well-kept body, an abundance of authentic, healthy relationships, and genuinely is the world’s best dad and husband – all without anxiety and depression.

The truth behind the mask, behind the shield

Guys, dudes, men – we experience unique challenges as we strive to reach the bar society and culture have set for us. We try to make it look easy, and some do it easier than others, but the cost of appearing to be the perfect man can be pretty damn high.

You may have heard or read the phrase “Men’s Issues” before and not fully understood what all fit under that. But if you’re a man and you’ve lived past puberty, you’ve experienced some Men’s Issues.

No matter what your race or ethnicity, you’re susceptible to burn-out, pain, heartache, shame, guilt, depression, and even fear.

But you don’t have to go it alone.

Every hero needs a mentor – a faithful companion

I’ve provided dedicated space for men to come and work out their emotional stuff – in an environment structured just for you.

In our work together, you’ll find the respect and affirmation you need as we explore the issues that challenge you.

Often, men’s challenges surround the image or persona we must maintain to earn respect and the value we want.

As we take a look at your life, as we figure out where you want to go and how you want to feel, you’ll learn how to value yourself differently and set healthier boundaries for yourself.

You are about to embark on a remarkable journey, and I count it an honor to be there with you for the ride.

Recharge your powers. Realize your potential. Resume your quest.

We’re living in challenging times right now. Your role in your family, in your community, is vital.

And you can do your part only if you’re both physically – and emotionally – healthy.

When you’re ready to lay down your battle armor for a minute and get refreshed and healed, call me.
