FAQ

Where is your office?

I practice at Innovation360, so all of your sessions will take place at:

6600 LBJ Freeway Suite 240 Dallas, TX 75240

How long is a typical session?
A typical session lasts 50 minutes.
How do I pay?
Credit, debit, or HSA card.
What do I do to get started?
The first step is calling me for a free 15-minute phone consultation to make sure we are going to like each other.
Have you been in therapy yourself?
Yes, I think therapy is incredibly important and beneficial for all of us, and I am very grateful for my amazing therapist.
Are you LGBTQIA friendly?
I sure am! This is equal opportunity therapy here!
How long have you been in practice?
6 years and lovin’ it.
How do you work with clients?
I like to make therapy as experiential as possible. Nothing too wild… but I want to prepare you as best as possible, with realistic expectations of what things could look and feel like, equipped with new skills or corrected behaviors.
How do I know if you are the right therapist for me?
Fantastic question! I think if you feel comfortable with the way I present to you in the tone of my voice, body language, humor, ability to truly track with your story, and the way I respond to you, we’re probably going to be ok.
If I feel like we are not a good match, how should I handle that?
I like to tell people that I view our first session sort of like a blind date; you get to decide if there is a second date. I want you to get the help you need from whomever is going to be best at helping you move forward and flourish.

No hard feelings if I’m not the therapist for you.

What is a random fact about you that most people don’t know?

I’ve auditioned for The Voice TV show before.

What are your favorite pastimes?
Cooking, traveling, great conversations with interesting folks, and exploring the outdoors.
If you were going to adopt a theme song, which would it be?
“Survivor” by Destiny’s Child!
Would your ideal getaway be to the beach, mountains, an exciting big city, or your living room?
Definitely an exciting big city. I love exploring cities, and I don’t love basking on the beach. Mountains are a very, very close runner-up!
