About

Picture this…

The therapist comes to the waiting room and calls your name. You nervously imitate confidence in your response with a, “Hey, that’s me.”

You exchange a quick pleasantry with the therapist and then follow him back to his office – which you find remarkably cozy and peaceful. Immediately, you begin to feel calmer as your curiosity becomes more positive and less anxious around what you’re about to experience.

Surprisingly…

You find the therapist unexpectedly easy to talk to as you begin to tell him a little bit about yourself. He offers you just enough attention and eye-contact to make you want to be candid with him.

You find yourself feeling thankful that he’s not just staring at you – as if to peer into your soul after knowing you for only a few minutes.

But you wonder…

The therapist seems to understand your perspective – even though you still wonder whether he or anyone else could ever understand what you’ve experienced.

You begin to want to trust this situation, as he seems genuinely interested in what it’s like to be you – and struggle the way you struggle – during the crazy times in which we’re currently living.

And afterwards…

After the session ends, you’re surprised at how much lighter and more refreshed you feel.

And you’re already mildly excited to set another appointment.

Working with Me

When we work together, you’ll find compassion, acceptance, and a place to truly explore.

It isn’t easy to open up – really open up – to people, so feeling safe and protected is important for the interaction we’ll have. My goal for our work together will always be to create space and provide you with tools to discover the insights you need to make positive changes in your life.

Therapy with me will allow you to explore the things that seem to hold you back relationally, socially, and maybe even professionally.

Our work together could be the missing link in your quest to learn how to live your life better, how to build and maintain relationships, how to realize your self-worth, or to break free of problem behaviors that have held you back for too long.

Now, picture your best life – your best self.

You’re on the pathway to getting there. All you have to do is take the next step.
